About six months ago, I decided to take my service to the next level by upgrading to Uber Black—a premium service that allowed me to cater to clients seeking comfort, luxury, and exclusivity. The response was overwhelming. Many of my customers and friends began encouraging me to go private, to create something more personal and tailored.
